Available for new engagements

Hire fractional product leadership.

End-to-end product management for integrations, telematics, and hardware - combining product strategy with hands-on technical execution.

01

All the product leadership. None of the full-time overhead.

Skip the full-time salary. Just solve the problem.

A full-time hire takes months to source, ramp, and pay year-round. I start solving the actual problem next week.

A simple B2B contract - not a headcount.

No payroll, no benefits, no long onboarding, no employment risk. Just a clean B2B agreement you can scale up or down. You pay for outcomes, not a seat.

A fresh set of eyes when you need them most.

Sometimes the product just needs a new angle on a problem everyone inside has stopped seeing clearly.

02

What I do

I step into companies part-time or project-based - hands-on product leadership without the cost of a full-time hire.

Product audits

Independent assessment of how product is managed today.

Roadmap building

Turning findings into a prioritized, actionable plan.

Technical solution design

Feature scoping, technical architecture, Jira-ready requirements.

Process bottlenecks

Untangling product operations and delivery friction.

Engineering alignment

Development process management, team motivation.

AI-powered building

Prototyping and shipping product myself using AI tools.

03

Competencies

Three areas I'm hired for, and what shipping looks like in each.

  • Technical scoping, solution design
  • Caching, throttling & rate-limit management
  • Integration testing & validation (Postman, Insomnia)
ExampleVarious system-to-system integration and feature rollouts

Telematics & IoT Connectivity

  • GPS tracking & device telemetry
  • Connectivity: LTE, LoRaWAN, Sigfox, NB-IoT
  • Hardware integration: dashcams & MDVRs
  • Real-time device-to-platform communication
ExampleReduced client onboarding time from weeks to hours across integrations with major trailer-manufacturer and telematics systems.

Product Leadership & Full Lifecycle Ownership

  • Product strategy, roadmap & prioritization
  • Discovery to launch: scoping, delivery, go-to-market
  • Cross-functional alignment across engineering, sales, ops, partnerships & support
  • Launch execution & post-launch performance monitoring
  • Agile ceremonies, OKRs & success metrics
  • Team vision, process design & knowledge sharing
ExampleOwned integration products across the full lifecycle - setting product strategy, aligning engineering, sales and partner teams, driving launches, and monitoring live performance to iterate - while redesigning the product team's Agile workflows during rapid growth.

About me

Portrait of Annija Pelsa

I'm Annija Pelsa, a product manager specializing in system integrations for hardware, telematics, and IoT companies. Over my career I've taken integrations end to end - from user research, early requirements and market analysis through launch and performance monitoring - including work with major trailer manufacturers and fleet-telematics platforms where I helped cut client onboarding from weeks to hours.

While integrations and telematics are my home turf, I own products across the whole lifecycle - from strategy and cross-team alignment through launch and live performance.

But the real value I bring isn't the technical solution itself. It's what happens around it - fixing broken processes, closing communication gaps, and rebuilding team morale. That's where I do my best work.

Before product management, I coded and sold IT solutions, which taught me that great products emerge from understanding both technical possibilities and genuine customer needs.

How I work

More product builder than pure PM: I prototype with AI, automate the error-prone parts of integration work, and do whatever else it takes to ship - so teams spend less time checking and more time solving the real problem.

ExampleTook a data-heavy manual process for keeping records up to date in our API inventory masterdata, one that had sat unsolved for a while, and built a simple AI tool in a few hours to handle it. It now runs automatically and cuts the team's work from hours to minutes.
Based in Europe, working worldwide.I collaborate remotely with product teams across timezones, and I'm glad to join key sessions or workshops on-site when it makes a difference.

How we work together

There's no fixed process - we start wherever makes sense for you.

Start with an audit

A short, focused audit of your product processes or roadmap, with concrete findings and a plan.

Jump straight in

You already know what needs to happen, and I step straight into the work.

From there, engagements run as an ongoing fractional arrangement or a defined project.

Currently taking on a select number of new engagements - let's talk.

07

Let's talk

The best way to start is a short intro call or email describing what you're working on.
